Labor Market The economy added 372,000 jobs in June. A better than expected boost to the record breaking labor market. The unemployment rate was 3.6 percent. This may prevent a recession but worsen inflation. However, gas and food prices have steadily decreased the past 30 days. I saw one gas station with gas for $3.98.

A grand jury in Georgia issued a subpoena for South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham to testify in the criminal investigation into interference in Georgia’s 2020 elections.
