Raymond P. Mullman, Jr. is a graduate of Fairfield University and the University of South Carolina School of Law.  Ray began practicing law in 1995, and since the early 2000s, he has been recognized a leader in nursing home negligence litigation throughout South Carolina. Ray is a member of the Spartanburg County Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Palmetto Law Society and the Environmental Law Society.  He is also a member of the AAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Group and the AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group. He has authored numerous successful briefs, articles, and memoranda, and actively pursues litigation for injured Plaintiffs. Ray is also a certified arbitrator.
