Anger Management?

WCJB reported another abused resident at a nursing home. Police arrested 24-year-old Daja Rutledge for elder abuse at Charter Senior Living. The facility assigned Rutledge to the octogenarian victims.

A witness saw Rutledge covering the nose and mouth of the 80-year-old resident with her hand after they heard the victim screaming. Rutledge told the witness that the elderly woman was yelling too loud.

A different witness walked in on Rutledge assaulting a woman. She had the vulnerable adult pinned to the wall. Rutledge was upset the victim didn’t want to go to bed.

Rutledge denied physically harming the victims. Somebody needs anger management and a new job.
