Controversial former American Idol contestant killed a man while driving under the influence.  See WSPA article.

17 year old Caleb Andrew Kennedy was so impaired he drove over a man in his own driveway. He then dragged him into a garage causing the horrific and wrongful death of Larry Duane Parris. The Court denied bond.

Kennedy’s lawyer says he did not drink any alcohol. However, the teenage ingested an illegal substance through a vape prior to driving. Solicitor Barnette assumes alcohol was not involved. He waiting for toxicology results but assumes whatever Kennedy voluntarily chose to inhale with a vape pen caused him to be under the influence resulting in an innocent man’s death.

What a waste of talent and potential.
