Trump Always Chickens Out.

Trump will extend the China tariff truce that expires today for another 90 days, a White House official told CNBC.  China has not changed any policy as a result of the threats. Nevertheless, Trump again signed the extension without explanation hours before the pause on Trump’s tariffs was set to expire.
