Peaceful Transfer
Narcistic Trump cannot accept losing the 2020 election. He never accepted losing the popular vote by THREE MILLION VOTERS in 2016. Along with his cronies and henchmen, he is laying the groundwork for stealing the election. Trump refuses to commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses the election.
“Well, we’re going to have to see what happens,” Trump said. “You know that I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots and the ballots are a disaster.” He went on to say: “Get rid of the ballots and you’ll have a very — we’ll have a very peaceful — there won’t be a transfer frankly, there’ll be a continuation.”

Legal Challenges
Trump’s team of unscrupulous and unethical legal teams continue to challenge mail-in ballots, voter registration rolls, and providing additional access. Even during the pandemic when mail in voting will save lives. They even started accusing local election officials as “agents” of a secret cabal of pedophiles, antifa, or Bill Gates and George Soros. They spread lies through the Qanon conspiracy social media presence.
Trump will not allow states to count mail-in votes. He appointed his henchmen, LeJoy, as Postmaster General to obstruct the delivery of mail-in ballots. Trump will insist Attorney General Barr confiscate ballots from Democratic areas as somehow “fraudulent.”
Trump knows what he is doing is illegal and unconstitutional. He does not believe women and people of color should have the right to vote. He knows his scheme of stealing the election will be challenged. That is why he is rushing to confirm a new justice.
He believes, perhaps correctly, that his appointees to the Court will automatically side with him in his attempt in stealing the election. Trump admitted he needed a new justice so a solid majority would rule in his favor on the election results.
“I think this will end up in the Supreme Court and I think it’s very important that we have nine justices, and I think the system’s going to go very quickly,” he said. “Having a 4-4 situation is not a good situation.”
This is the exact opposite position Trump and the Republicans took in 2016. I’m looking at you Lindsey Graham.
Republican Response
Silence. Trump’s plans, legal challenges, and statements are not challenged by Congressional Republicans. Capitulation. Where is the condemnation? History will not be kind to these hypocrites, liars, and unprincipled demagogues. Pathetic.
Instead, Trump and the Republican media machine is actively telling supporters to intimidate voters waiting on long lines to vote. They also plan on removing polling places and voting machines. Trump’s campaign is even actively recruiting 50,000 white nationalist “militia” to volunteer in 15 states to intimidate voters at polling places to suppress the votes of people of color.
An investigation by Senate Republicans into corruption allegations against Biden and his son found no evidence of improper influence or wrongdoing in Ukraine but Trump continues to push the DOJ to find a crime.
Arizona Republican Senator John McCain’s widow Cindy endorsed Biden.
“My husband John lived by a code: country first. We are Republicans, yes, but Americans foremost. There’s only one candidate in this race who stands up for our values as a nation, and that is [Biden].” She added “Joe… is a good and honest man. He will lead us with dignity. He will be a commander in chief that the finest fighting force in the history of the world can depend on, because he knows what it is like to send a child off to fight.”
“I’m hoping that I can encourage suburban women to take another look, women that are particularly on the fence and are unhappy with what’s going on right now but also are not sure they want to cross the line and vote for Joe. I hope they’ll take a look at what I believe and will move forward and come with me and join team Biden,” McCain said.
