Keisha Carroll Banks pleaded guilty to wire fraud at a nursing home in Fairfield County. Banks worked for Ridgeway Manor Healthcare from July 2021 through November 2021. Banks was sentenced to 14 months in federal prison. According to the federal file, in her role as office manager, Banks had access to residents’ petty cash accounts.
