Meet the Press had Republican Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina on the show a couple of weeks ago.

–comparing recent Republican policies on women’s health care to Margaret Atwood’s 1985 dystopian novel in which women are forced to give birth. Only eight House Republicans voted on a bill protecting the right to birth control in America. Mace was one of them.
In 2016, she worked for Trump’s presidential campaign. However, Trump called Mace an “absolutely terrible candidate.” He endorsed her primary opponent in February.
