Unions are associated with higher productivity, lower employee turnover, improved workplace communication, and a better-trained workforce. The main purpose of labor unions is to give workers the power to negotiate for more favorable working conditions and other benefits through collective bargaining. Unions protect workers. Unions make jobs safer.

Obviously Lindsey wants some campaign contributions from Jeff Bezos. He does not care about workers. Shameful.
