A police report detailed an encounter in which a woman from the California Federation of Republican Women had been sexually assaulted by Pete Hegseth, Trump’s choice for defense secretary and Fox News personality. It appears she was drugged. Hegseth then took her phone, blocked the door to the hotel room and refused to let her leave, according to 22 pages of graphic investigative reports. A payment was made to the woman as part of a confidential settlement.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, the TV personality Trump wants to run the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, has promoted sham diet pills and ineffective Covid treatments.
