Montana Senate Race

Tim Sheehy is running for Senate as a Republican despite having no experience. He is attempting to  to unseat moderate Jon Tester.

Sheehy is founder of Montana-based Bridger Aerospace, an aerial firefighting company. However, Sheehy has faltered at times during the campaign. The business he founded has been struggling, opening him up to attacks that he might not be the success story he claims.

He said that he lied about how he ended up with a bullet in his arm, raising questions about his trustworthiness.

He was recently recorded using racist stereotypes about Native Americans, a group that has been an important voting bloc in Montana.

Meanwhile, inflation fell to its lowest rate in three years.
