WSPA reported a domestic dispute involving 20-30 deputies responding to a woman who complained she and her daughter were threatened by the suspect, Vinson Leonard Sherbert, with a knife and claimed the man had destroyed her phone. Once deputies arrived at the scene, they were able to get the victim and her daughter to safety, which left the man inside. After a three-hour stand-off, SWAT deployed gas allowing SWAT to retrieve Sherbert.
