The dedicated team at Poliakoff & Associates works hard to right the wrongs done to innocent victims. We do this by holding people and entities that cause harm to others, accountable for their actions in a court of law. The kinds of victims we protect are people who have been physically or emotionally injured by the negligence, malice or recklessness of others, as well as people whose property has been contaminated or condemned, and people who have suffered because of insurance bad faith or others causing them litigation problems, to name just a few of the kinds of victims whose rights we protect.
We feel good about the work we do in holding those who knowingly or negligently have done wrong, accountable for their actions, because it not only helps the victims we protect to recover for financial damages and losses, doing this may keep the party guilty of doing this from doing it to others in the future.
We know that there are many different kinds of victims than the ones mentioned here and protecting them can be done from other areas of law as well as through many different disciplines. We believe that the work we and others do to help protect the rights of victims is important and thus want to help with the education of a student who can demonstrate their commitment to doing this. For this we have created the Poliakoff & Associates, P.A., Righting Wrongs for Victims Scholarship.
