Fraud, Lies and Misrepresentations
ryon M. Large is presiding disciplinary judge of the Colorado Supreme Court. The Court publicly censured Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis. Ellis admitted that she had “made…misrepresentations while serving as counsel for the Trump campaign and personal counsel to President Trump.”
The censure was for misconduct including “repeatedly made misrepresentations on national television and on Twitter, undermining the American public’s confidence in the 2020 presidential election.”
Those now admitted lies include the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent. She admitted her statements that “we know the election was stolen from President Trump and we can prove that” and “the election was stolen and Trump won by a landslide” was false.
She knew that they were false when she said them.
Larry Householder is the Republican former speaker of the Ohio House. Matt Borges is the former leader of the Ohio Republican Party. Both are guilty of racketeering conspiracy. In 2017, FirstEnergy Corporation funneled $61 million to Householder. Then Republican allies passed a $1.3 billion bailout for the failing company. Federal prosecutors say it is the largest corruption case in Ohio history.
Then Trump added: “I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I have wanted to have an affair with Stormy Daniels.” Uh..ok..if you say so.
