Today is the 30th day of Trump’s government shutdown. The Republicans in the House of Representatives are still on a paid vacation.

House speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) continues to demand the Senate to pass the House measure to fund the government without ever negotiating over the Democrats’ request to protect Americans’ healthcare with an extension of the tax credit. If no extension, healthcare premiums will skyrocket tomorrow.
