Nursing homes already struggling to recruit staff are now grappling with Trump’s attack on one of their few reliable sources of workers: immigration. The largest targets in Trump’s crackdown include female and children immigrants who’ve had temporary protection to stay in America; more than 1.2 million people who fled wars, oppression, natural disasters, poverty and crime. Trump is going after hundreds of thousands more immigrants who were given humanitarian “parole” — a chance to live and work in the U.S. for a certain period. Many of these are victims of sex trafficking.

Is this connected to hiding the Epstein List?
